The Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® Community Awareness Fund is a not for profit charitable foundation that supports  the ongoing housing affordability crisis. It improves local communities through housing and education and assist individuals who have suffered from personal or natural disasters. It also provides grants and funds programs that extends housing opportunities to low income and privileged groups. Finally it promotes awareness of affordable housing issues by educating the public and real estate professionals about the barriers to home ownership and the resources needed to increase housing affordability
